Description de la mission :
Beager recherche pour l’un de ses clients, acteur majeur du ferroviaire, un Change Stream Leader : Operations Programme Context:The Operations Programme is structured around multiple Projects at this point. There are 5 Integration Projects that will aim at delivering the Target Operating Model and 2 Strategic Projects that will focus on the creation of a Common Transport Plan and the Optimization of the Fleet Maintenance. To reach their goals, the Integration Projects will need the full support of a Change Stream Lead to help identify, map, implement and monitor Changes to come. Missions:The Change Stream Lead will be responsible for identifying the exhaustive list of changes that will occur in the framework of the Operations Programme, mapping them, preparing a change management Plan in accordance and help identifying the potential need for a change management team. 1) Lead the Study Phase of their Stream:The Change Stream Lead will be responsible for establishing the Change Roadmap along with a Change Management Plan. Tasks: Participate to the Workshops of the Study Phase led by the Project Leads. Identify, map, and keep track of all Changes of Processes, Tools and Organization induced by the Operations Programme. Produce the detailed Planning of the Implementation Phase Evaluate the impact of the planned changes. Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change. Lead Change Management Stream with a structured methodology / process. Support development of communications relevant to change initiatives. Specify the need for a Change Team, size, and workload. Prepare a detailed Change Management Plan. Identify and list detailed Deliverables of the Change Stream. Identify, monitor, and manage Stream Risks. Identify relevant KPIs to monitor progress. Report on Stream Progress, risks and achievements during Programme Committees. Participate to Programme Committees permanently and Project Committees when necessary. 2) Lead the Implementation Phase of their Stream:The Implementation Phase should start in Q3 and run beyond 2022Tasks: Lead the implementation of the Change Management Plan during this Phase. Onboard the needed resources (Change Experts) to secure the Implementation Phase. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the new tools and migration in collaboration with the IT Team. Support users and provide training on Tools. Help ensure the implementation of new the Processes. Ensure coordination with all key stakeholders to secure transition phases. Ensure that the business needs are met in a consistent way. Monitor Risks and advise on mitigation plans. Monitor progress through identified KPIs Ensures regular catchups with the Programme Director, raising blocking points and alerts when required. Skills and experience: Fluency in French AND English. Proven track
record in Change Management. Structured and rigorous approach. Strong analytical and problem
solving competences. Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to present factual information to individuals or groups in a structured, clear, confident and concise way. Ability to work in a highly challenging, fast
paced and complex environment. Ability to focus on details. Ability to produce synthetic and clear project deliverables. High level of adaptability. Team player.
